- One consumer session, as SignallingClient.openSession hands it out.

- What the signalling server reports; gstwebrtc-api implements it on web, fakes in tests. What the browser made of the stream over the last report: frames per second, dropped frames so far and the picture's size. The page's stats panel shows it.

- The stream's state for the whole page, so a view that remounts finds it as it was.
